Very rare. In overall decent condition. Only defects are the dust jacket is slightly torn along the top edge (bottom is fine) and has a 2″ fade along the binding and the front hardcover is slightly warped from shelf wear. In general a very rare find. The pages are like new and have never been marked in. A great piece of Connecticut history and full of photos from a great era.
